Out of season no booking is needed: the Costiere trails reach the beach in an hour on foot.
Open-air spa
The Calidario in Venturina is a thermal lake with warm water all year, about 33 minutes away.
Villages and museums
Massa Marittima, Scarlino and Vetulonia are best visited without heat and queues.
Cycling and walking
The Bandite di Scarlino are cool and quiet in winter, for MTB and walks.

The apartment has independent gas heating. How usage is charged for long stays is agreed in the quote.

Yes, there is free Wi-Fi and a desk in the yellow bedroom.
What is the minimum stay?
Two weeks. For a month or more we offer a monthly rate.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, one dog is welcome and the garden is fenced.
